Objectives

Work Package 9 concerns the overall co-ordination of the project by the coordinator, who is assisted by a Project Management Office (PMO). Together, they take care of the management of contractual, financial, legal, administrative, and scientific issues.

Annick is the Project Manager of the Palliative Sedation research project and takes care of the management of the project consortium, the management of the periodic and final reporting to the EU and the management of legal issues. From 2011-2015 she was the Project Manager of an FP7 EU research project on implementing indicators to improve the organization of palliative care (IMPACT).
